issue 11

In this issue we start a new section looking at textures and how to create them. We start off with an old wall, and subjects to come include rust, glass, copper, bricks, grass, rocks and more.
There is also a profile of artist Alan Reed, who will be demonstrating how he paints figures in a later issue.

Please listen to the welcome message on the audio track , and in the video I show you the way to create the old wall. You can also download a copy of the video to use when you are offline.

Here’s what’s in this Issue:

drawing what we see part 7
texture an old wall
 painting water part 3 (reflections)
more design ideas (compose a still life)
abstracting from reality
print your next section divider
