I want to take a few moments to write to let you know how pleased I am with the various lessons you are

presenting in watercolour. It's always a day of joy and excitement when I receive the lessons. I spend

one half day studying and exploring your lesson, and then find innumerable ways to delve more deeply into

your presentation as the week progresses.

Your lessons in colour/landscape/design/watercolour techniques are simply wonderful. They are extremely

helpful for me, a relative newcomer to watercolour painting. Your lessons have allowed me to break

down some of the actualities I have employed in oil painting into some very tangible realities for seeing

and painting with water and colour. There are some differences between the two mediums which I never

before was able to grasp.

Let me mention that your choices for visual illustration, using various works by master painters, are good.

Without a doubt, you get right to the issue and fundamental visual effects of the painter and his work.

The lessons on painting figures are quite good as well. Your approach is quite to the point and very usable.

I am thrilled about this because I have been reluctant to include many figures in my previously painted oil

landscapes. Your lessons are a new awakening.
